Terms of Service
Last updated August 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of Sureday at sureday.us. Using the service means you accept them. They are written to be readable; nothing here is hidden in fine print.
What Sureday does
You save dates that matter. At each date — and ahead of it, if you asked — we notify you and keep escalating through the channels your plan includes until you confirm. Confirming at any point stops the rest. Every attempt and confirmation is recorded and visible to you.
Your account
You need a valid email address, and you must keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Sureday is for your own reminders (or those of people who asked you to set them); do not use it to contact people who have not agreed to hear from us.
Texts and calls
Text messages and automated calls go out only after you tick the consent box and verify your number. Reply STOP to stop them at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery of texts and calls depends on mobile carriers, which we do not control.
What we promise, and its limits
We will make every delivery attempt your plan describes, in the order and on the schedule shown to you, and we will show you an honest record of each attempt. We take that seriously — it is the whole product.
What we cannot promise is that a message will always arrive: phone networks, email providers, push services and your own device settings can all fail or block us, and we depend on the contact details and time zone you gave us being correct. Sureday is a reminder service, not a legal, immigration, tax or medical adviser, and it does not file anything for you or replace your own diary. Deadlines and their consequences remain yours.
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to Sureday is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed deadlines, penalties, or lost opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Paid plans
Paid plans and any published guarantee will be described at the point of purchase, with their own refund terms, before you are charged. Sureday is not charging for the service at the time of writing; these terms will be updated before that changes.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Sureday running continuously and monitor it around the clock, but we may need to interrupt it for maintenance. We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces what you rely on, we will tell you by email first.
Ending it
You can stop using Sureday and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing help@sureday.us. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, breaks these terms, or uses it to message people who did not consent.
